  Dr. John Tait spent time discussing and explaining my neck injury.  He also talked about long term exercises I could do myself to stay healthy.  He referred me to a physical therapist who will teach me how to do the exercises properly.  Great experience, it is what health care should be...not the revolving door at a primary care.

  Although I have not yet had a treatment with Dr Tait, I so appreciated our first ttappointment. He fully explained all treatments offered & took the time to answer all my questions. Also, I was provided with articles to read which also explained all treatments. There is no doubt, when I am ready to treat the shoulder, I will have Dr Tait do whatever he thinks the most beneficial treatment would be.

He communicates clearly about diagnoses orally as well as in written communication with patients. He identifies needed referrals and his office staff facilitates them in a speedy manner. His receptionist is friendly, efficient and professional. Calls are not placed on hold for long periods of time and she responds to requests and messages in a timely manner.
