- Sponsor: The Johnny Slicks Truck Giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by Johnny Slicks, located at 624 US HWY 17 S, Unit 1, Holly Ridge, North Carolina 28445 ("Sponsor").
- Eligibility: The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States, excluding residents of Hawaii and Alaska, who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible to participate.
- Entry Period: The Giveaway begins on August 1, 2024 and ends on October 31, 2024 (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
- How to Enter: Participants may enter the Giveaway by visiting the provided link from the Sponsor, directing to the Giveaway online page, and entering contact information requested. Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
- Prize: One (1) winner will receive a 2024 Tacoma TRD Sport. The approximate retail value of the prize is $50,155.00. The prize is non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value. Winner will have the opportunity to be flown to Wilmington, North Carolina and transported to Johnny Slicks’ headquarters to pick up their rad new truck. This visit will include a meet and greet with Johnny and Nick, in which Winner will get to spend time with the Owners. After which, Winner is expected to drive the truck back to their home state/ city.
- Winner Selection: The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted on Friday November 1, 2024. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
- Winner Notification: The potential winner will be notified by phone(call + text), email, and social media(if possible) within 24-48 hours or November 1, 2024. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, or fails to respond within 3 business days of the notification, the potential winner forfeits the prize. An alternate winner will be selected by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
- Publicity: Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Giveaway constitutes the winner's consent to Sponsor's use of the winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
- General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
- Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of the prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Giveaway; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of the prize.
